ClearSecure is committed to supporting the community through a range of engaging charitable and service-based initiatives. The information below explains our donation policy and outlines the steps for submitting a donation request. While every request is important to us, we are unable to fulfill them all because of the high volume we receive. Our donation guidelines were created to ensure a fair and consistent approach for the organizations that seek our support:

• Your event must benefit a charity, non-profit organization or grassroots organization.
• We do not accept requests from individuals seeking donations/pledges in support of local, regional, and national campaigns. We have our own internal campaigns with select charities that are in alignment with our values.
• We require at least 90 days’ notice. Anything less will not be considered.
• We typically only donate to an organization once every one to three years.
• We do not consider for-profit requests for private events and fundraising initiatives.
• We will consider donations outside of our headquarters’ market in Manitoba, but any shipping and administration fees to support the request will be at the expense of the requesting organization.
• We review all submission requests, but that does not guarantee a donation. We will contact you if your donation request is successful.
• All donation requests MUST go through the form below. You request for a donation will no be considered if you do not fill out the form.
